My daughter is an 8 year old and no longer wants to attend the club despite being a bright and confident gymnast. Surprise, surprise, all winners at the gym gala were white.

I am not alone as other parents from minority backgrounds feel the same. Speak up as we need to be heard and no longer be the silent voice.
